Basic sites are created and posted to the internet within 7 days. Most updates are posted to your site within 24 hours Sites are Maintained by OTS Development Corp via your instructions as long as your account is current. If OTS Development is to host your site and/or register your domain name those costs are due prior to posting your site on the internet. Site hosting costs are paid on a yearly basis, Domain name registration is for a two year period originally and annually after that period. OTS Development will retain ownership of domain names when registered by OTS Development Corp. If you decide you would like to maintain your site yourself and/or transfer maintenance to another provider all information for access will be provided and all files turned over to you as well as domain name ownership (if registered by OTS Development Corp.) as long as your account is current. All costs related to your site are billed by monthly statements net 10. Consulting, programming, and hardware are billed Bi-monthly net 10. Accounts not paid net 10 will be subject to finance charges, late fees, and possible cancellation and the site will be limited to a home page only. Accounts over 30 days will result in the site being removed from the internet.
